All three tiers include member labor rates, an annual labor credit and priority scheduling. The differences are how deep the discount goes, how large the credit is, and how much of the house we keep an eye on.
Why bother
Because finding a contractor twice a year is a part-time job.
A membership is not a warranty and it is not a maintenance plan you will forget you bought. It is a standing relationship with people who already know where your shut-off valve is.
Priority on the calendar
Members get scheduled ahead of one-off calls. When something breaks on a Friday, that is the difference that matters.
One number, one house file
We keep notes on your house — what we fixed, what we flagged, what brand your fixtures are. Nobody starts from zero.
Credits, not coupons
Your annual credit is labor you can actually spend, on whatever is on the list. No gimmick, no expiring points.
Questions
Fair questions about a subscription.
What does a membership cost?
Pricing is being finalised, so every tier currently shows "pricing on request". Ask and you will get the real numbers as soon as they are locked — we would rather quote nothing than quote something we have to walk back.
What does the annual credit cover?
Labor. Credits are labor-only and apply to work we do for you across the year. Materials are billed as materials, plainly.
Do I still get estimates for bigger work?
Of course. A membership changes your rate and your place in the queue — it does not turn a bathroom remodel into a free visit.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Terms come with the membership agreement, and they will be written in plain language rather than eight-point grey.
Salty Memberships
Get on the list before the list gets long.
Tell us about your house and we will recommend a tier — including the option of no tier at all.
