Scope and walk
We walk the space, talk through the board you have been building, and separate the must-haves from the maybes.

Estimate and schedule
A real scope with real dates. You see what is included, what is excluded, and where the decisions land.
- 03
Build, in stages
50% deposit covers labor and materials to start, then progress billing as the work clears each stage.
- 04
Punch and hand-off
We walk it with you, list every last thing, and come back until the list is empty. Then we ask for the review.
Financing: third-party options are on the roadmap. If it matters to your timeline, mention it when we scope and we will tell you honestly where that stands today.

How does billing work?
A 50% deposit covers labor and materials before we start, then we bill against progress as stages complete. Every invoice maps to scope you already approved.
Do you do design?
We are builders, not a design studio. If you have a designer, we work with them happily. If you have a Pinterest board and a rough idea, we can usually build from that and tell you where it will fight the house.
How long does a bathroom take?
It depends on scope, selections and lead times, which is the honest answer rather than the one you want. We give you a real range at estimate — and we tell you which decisions will move it.
Will you take on half a project?
Yes. Punch-out and finish work for other GCs is a real part of what we do, and so is "the tile is in, we just need someone to actually finish."
