This website is operated by Grazys Construction LLC dba Salty Home Services ("Salty Home Services", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Everything on this site — service descriptions, membership tiers, process descriptions — is general information. It is not a quote, a contract, or a guarantee of availability. Nothing here creates a binding agreement until we give you a written estimate and you accept it.
Estimates and agreements
Work is performed under the written estimate and agreement for your specific job. Where anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement governs. Pricing, scheduling, deposits, change orders and warranty terms are set there, not here.
Submitting a request
When you send us a request through this site, please give us accurate information — it is what we scope and quote from. Submitting a request does not reserve a date, and does not obligate either of us to anything until we agree on scope in writing.
Our content
The Salty Home Services name, logo, wording and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. You are welcome to link to any page here.

We sometimes point to third-party resources because they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
